According to Kay Tee from the Tesla Owners Club Vancouver Island group on Facebook, an address showed up as 721 Pembroke Street in Victoria, instead of the usual Ferny’s Autobody location, where mobile service technicians normally provide service. The original Vancouver location of Kay Tee’s service appointment switched to the Pembroke address, which is home to Jimmy Eddie Repairs.
One member Eric W. Added, “yes, this is a new temporary service location according to Kirk at Tesla mobile repair.” The new temporary location is just around the corner from Ferny’s Auto Body Shop.
Prior to temporary service locations in Victoria, Tesla owners needed to commute by ferry to Vancouver, for major service repairs unable to be performed by mobile service technicians on Vancouver Island.
