Watch a Tesla Model 3 with FSD Beta Drive in Ukraine [VIDEO]
YouTube channel Doctor Elon has shared a video showing Tesla’s Full Self-Driving beta on the streets of Kiev in Ukraine, running on a Model 3.
Now, this is an older version of FSD beta, version 8.2 but it’s pretty wild to see the software run unofficially outside of the United States for the first time (via @greentheonly).
It’s unclear how FSD beta 8.2 was obtained or installed for the Model 3 in Ukraine (clearly there was some clever hackery to install it onto the Model 3), but some of the video footage is pretty wild. FSD beta has not been trained on the roads in Ukraine but at times it seems to be fine along straightaways.
I speak Russian, in the 1st minute he said "its only available in the US, and I dont want to disclose how i got access to it, but that doesnt matter."
so it looks like a hack, not official release

The guys are impressed by the FSD Beta, tested in Kiev. Despite the fact that some roads didn't have markings and the car didn't recognised some of the signs (due to the different standards of their image and placement between Ukraine and the USA), the ride was almost smooth.
