Tesla’s 2021 AI (Artificial Intelligence) Day live stream is set to kick on on Thursday, August 19, 2021 at 5pm PDT/8pm EDT.

This morning, Tesla launched its live stream on YouTube, allowing followers to set a reminder of the start slated for 5pm PDT, as you can see in the video embed below:

Earlier this week, Tesla CEO Elon Musk confirmed its 2021 AI Day would be live streamed, reassuring those unable to attend or not invited to the event, set to take place in Palo Alto, California.

“Convincing the best AI talent to join Tesla is the sole goal” of AI Day, said Musk in July.

Earlier this month, Dennis Hong, founder of the Robotics and Mechanisms Laboratory at UCLA, shared an image teasing Tesla’s AI day, suggesting his involvement with some announcements tonight.

Expect Tesla to share the latest news about its Autopilot features including Full Self-Driving, plus updates on the company’s hardware for its vehicles. Tesla should also share more details about its supercomputer known as Dojo, used to train the company’s AI software.
