PUBG Partners with Tesla to Create Model Y Factory Inside Game
A number of Tesla fans, including the company’s own CEO Elon Musk are also video game fans, and in a recent snapshot of the mobile/PC game PUBG, players have begun making a location to show their love for the company’s electric vehicles (EVs).
A screenshot from the mobile version of the PUBG apocalypse survival game shows that the game has constructed a Tesla factory and are building a Tesla Model Y within the game, according to a post from PUBG Mobile (via cumiastowski).
The build is taking place in a highly realistic Tesla factory building, in which you can see Tesla logos and factory hardware in the background.
This is so cool. My daughter loves this game called PUBG and she just informed me that they are building a @Tesla Model Y inside of the game. pic.twitter.com/sZonwUbMQx

Tesla and Musk have shared their gaming ambitions a number of times, and last year the company began hiring for a video game development team to be based out of its own studio in Austin. While PUBG isn’t currently available as a native game for Tesla’s game platform, it isn’t beyond the realm of possibility for the future of the partnership.
