With just under half an hour to go before Tesla’s Model S Plaid delivery event, we now have our very first look at the unique ‘Plaid’ badge of the new electric sedan.
Images shared by The Kilowatts (@klwtts) attending the Model S Plaid delivery event showcase the unique badge—check it out below:

Instead of any mention of the word ‘Plaid’, we have a special decal that resembles the ‘Plaid’ animation, seen in Tesla’s invite and also in the company’s Roadster display when accelerating.
The Tesla Model S Plaid can do 0 to 60mph in 1.99 seconds. Elon Musk says the car will be the “quickest production car ever made of any kind” and “has to be felt to be believed.”
Stay tuned as Tesla’s special event is set to kick off soon.
