According to a recent tweet from @DesertTesla, Tesla has now added the ability to view a list of (and documentation for) all of the Tesla vehicles you have previously owned to your Tesla account.

You can find the option by signing into your Tesla account at Tesla.com, and navigating to Previously Owned under your account. Once you do that, you should be taken to a list of any and all Tesla vehicles you have owned in the past, along with the option to view documentation for each one.
The feature appears to be available across regions, with Tesla owners in both the U.S. and Canada reporting its existence.
However, users in Canada replied to the tweet saying that while the option is available, tapping on the button simply refreshes the page for them and doesn’t display a list of previously-owned Teslas.
This would suggest that the feature isn’t fully available as of yet, and is being pushed one region at a time.
Whether or not your Tesla account will be able to keep track of Teslas purchased from a second-party, such as used ones from private owners, and not just directly from Tesla currently remains unknown.
