New Tesla Superchargers in the U.S. and Canada Overview [Oct. 16-23]

After opening 11 new Supercharger stations in the U.S during the first half of October alone, Tesla is showing no signs of slowing down. During the past week, the EV giant opened up three brand new Supercharger stations for EV owners across the country.

Here are the specifics on three of Tesla’s newest U.S-based Supercharger stations, courtesy of data compiled by Supercharge:

Titusville, FL

Located at 3055 Columbia Blvd, Titusville, FL, the station is built directly next to a Target. The station became operational on Sunday, Oct. 18, with 16 Supercharger V3 stalls operating around the clock at a charge rating of up to 250 kW. Other amenities include a Starbucks, a Marshalls, and a slew of restaurants.

Palmdale, CA

The station is located at the Antelope Valley Mall — 1233 Rancho Vista Boulevard, Palmdale, CA. The station is equipped with 12 Supercharger V3 stalls providing a charge rating of up to 250 kW per car. Since it’s located at a mall, there is no shortage of amenities in the vicinity.

Pittsburgh, PA

Located in a parking structure at 5550 Centre Ave, Pittsburgh, PA, this is an 8-stall Urban Supercharger station that delivers a charge rating of up to 72 kW per car. While the official listing for this station says it’s “Coming soon”, patrons on the TMC forums have confirmed that it is up and running.

Nepean, Ontario, Canada

Located at 2135 Robertson Road in Nepean, just south of Ottawa’s main core, there are 8 V3 charging stalls here capable of up to 250 kW charging rates. This new Supercharger opened yesterday. Tesla has yet to update its website.

Tesla is continuously upgrading its fleet of Supercharger stations, and adding to it. With big plans for Supercharger stations — both in the U.S. and beyond, Tesla is well on its way to making “accessible charging” yet another reason for the masses to switch over to electric vehicles.
