Tesla has announced its 2020 Annual General Meeting of stockholders will now take place on Tuesday, September 22, 2020. This is the same day where the company’s Battery Day presentation will take place.
The AGM will take place at 2:30pm PDT at Tesla’s Fremont Factory, located at 45500 Fremont Blvd, Fremont, CA 94538.
Tesla says “eligible stockholders may also attend Tesla’s separate Battery Day presentation, which will be held on the same day, with additional details to be announced at a later time.”
Both events will be webcast live, according to Tesla, and “no formal stockholder business will be conducted at such presentation.”

Tesla CEO Elon Musk previously announced its AGM and Battery Day would take place on September 15 as a tentative date, but it looks like that has been pushed back one week. Battery Day is expected to have Tesla reveal its next-generation battery technologies, including a rumoured pack to last one million miles.
