Starlink Asks US Creators to Make Its Big Game Ad With Grok
Starlink is seeking 30-second Grok Imagine ads from US adults by November 29, with no prize or guaranteed placement.

Starlink is asking US creators to make a 30-second advertisement using Grok Imagine, opening a submission window on November 6 that runs through November 29, 2026.
The satellite internet company is promoting the project through its Imagine page as an opportunity to have a creator-made ad featured during the big game. However, its written legal terms describe a “Content Call,” explicitly saying it is not a sweepstakes, contest or game of chance.
There is no prize, and submitting an ad does not guarantee airtime. Starlink says it may feature some, all or none of the submissions. Creators selected to proceed must sign a separate Creator Agreement, so the invitation should not be read as a promise of compensation.
Eligibility is limited to residents of the 50 US states and Washington, DC, aged 18 or older. Canadian creators are not eligible. The deadline is 11:59 p.m. Pacific time on November 29, and videos must be 30 seconds long and in English.
The written terms require original Grok Imagine content and prohibit third-party footage, music and images. They also bar the name, voice or likeness of any individual or character, real or fictional. Editing and voiceover are not required.
Those restrictions are narrower than some of the promotional page’s guidance about voices and third-party tools. Creators should read the full legal terms before producing an ad rather than assume those broader permissions apply.
The Imagine page offers a submission form, while the written terms specify posting on X, tagging @Starlink and including “Big Game @Starlink ad.” Given that difference, creators should review both sources for the submission requirements.
The brief centres on a clear, accurate presentation of Starlink’s satellite internet service. The terms also state that the initiative is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL.
