Tesla Says Tens of Thousands Hit Robotaxi Partnership Webform

Tesla’s Cybercab engineering lead Eric said on September 8, 2026, that the company has already taken in tens of thousands of submissions through its partnership webform and that the team is actively working through that backlog, after a South Carolina and Georgia fleet prospect asked who to talk to about infrastructure and large-scale mobility deals.

“We have had 10s of thousands of submissions via the webform and so the team is actively working through these,” Eric wrote under his EricETesla account, where he lists himself as Cybercab engineering lead and Robotaxi program lead. “It will take some time for us to make it through all submissions and align opportunities to our near and mid term plans but definitely appreciate completing the form.” The reply quoted Nick Bergelt, who said he had inquired through Tesla’s main site a few days earlier about infrastructure, mobility, and large-scale fleet partnership for South Carolina and Georgia and had not heard back, asking whether Victor still ran point.

Eric’s note frames the silence as a volume problem rather than a brush-off: interest is high enough that matching every submission to what Tesla can actually staff in the near and mid term will take longer than a few days. He did not name a new contact for South Carolina or Georgia, or say when the queue would clear, only that the team is working the list and still wants people to use the form.
