Starlink Goes Live on Austrian Airlines From Vienna to Porto

Starlink cabin Wi-Fi is now live on Austrian Airlines, with the carrier’s first Starlink-equipped Airbus A320neo (OE-LXF) opening scheduled service from Vienna to Porto on September 7, 2026, according to Austrian reporting and airline statements that put CEO Annette Mann on the inaugural flight.

“By the end of the 2026/27 winter schedule we want to equip 20 of our aircraft with the Lufthansa Group WLAN powered by Starlink,” Mann said, describing a near-term Austrian rollout under the same free cabin product Miles & More members and Travel ID users already get across Group airlines.
