Tesla Launches FSD Supervised v14 Lite in South Korea for Model 3 and Y

Tesla has officially started rolling out its Full Self-Driving software v14 Lite in South Korea, bringing a localized version of its driver-assist technology to owners in the country.

The automaker announced that the software update, known as Full Self-Driving (Supervised) v14 Lite, is launching through a gradual, sequential release. Drivers might not see the update immediately on their screens, as the company plans to push it out to vehicles in waves over the coming days.

This specific release comes with clear hardware requirements. For now, the software is only heading to American-built Model 3 and Model Y vehicles. These cars must already have the Full Self-Driving package enabled and run on Tesla’s older Hardware 3 computer.

Tesla emphasized that the system remains a supervised feature. This means drivers must keep their hands on the wheel and remain fully alert to take over control at any second, as the software is not fully autonomous.

This is the first expansion of FSD v14 Lite beyond the United States. Canadians and many more are still waiting patiently to get their hands on FSD v14 Lite, which so far has had some very positive reviews.
