Tesla FSD v14.3.2: Smart Summon Now Powered by Robotaxi AI Architecture

Tesla has officially begun rolling out FSD v14.3.2, a significant software update that marks a major shift in the company’s approach to vehicle autonomy.

In a post from the official Tesla AI account, the company confirmed that it has finally unified the underlying AI model powering three of its most critical features: Actually Smart Summon (ASS), Full Self-Driving (FSD), and the Robotaxi platform.

According to Tesla, they describe FSD 14.3.2 as “The smoothest driver you’ll ever meet.”

By moving these features onto a single, shared neural network, Tesla aims to deliver more capable and reliable behavior across the board. Previously, these modes often operated on slightly different codebases or models optimized for specific speeds and environments. This unification means that an improvement made to high-speed highway driving or urban navigation now directly benefits the low-speed, complex maneuvering required for Smart Summon in a parking lot.

Here’s a demo of the new Actually Smart Summon in FSD 14.3.2 shared by Devin Olsenn:

The update is currently rolling out to early access users with AI4 (Hardware 4) vehicles, with a broader release expected to follow shortly.
