Tesla Raising Model 3, Model Y, and Cybertruck Lease Prices by Up to 23% on Nov. 4

Tesla will soon raise lease pricing for the Model 3, Model Y, and Cybertruck in the U.S., with the changes set to take effect on November 4. According to updated details on Tesla’s website, the company will roll back some of the deep lease discounts it introduced just last week to spur demand heading into the final stretch of 2025.
For the Model 3, the current starting lease price is $329 per month, down from a previously listed $429 per month. This will go up to $409 per month come November 4 — an increase of $80, or roughly 23%. Meanwhile, the Model Y will see its lease price climb from $449 per month to $529 per month, an $80 hike as well, representing about an 18% jump. Tesla also confirmed that similar lease price adjustments are coming for the Cybertruck.
Tesla had already warned last week that U.S. lease prices for its lineup would increase in November. Now, the company has locked in November 4 as the effective date for the new pricing. The increase follows a limited-time round of discounts that cut lease prices by as much as 23% across multiple models to boost short-term demand.
The timing comes after Tesla reported record Q3 2025 deliveries of 497,099 vehicles, aided by a pre-expiry rush before the $7,500 federal EV tax credit ended in September. Earlier this month, Tesla also introduced new, lower-cost Model 3 Standard and Model Y Standard variants in the U.S., but these budget-friendly trims are not currently available for lease. For now, leasing remains limited to the Premium (formerly Long Range) and Performance versions of both vehicles.
With the adjustments, Tesla appears to be recalibrating pricing to balance strong recent demand with sustained profitability amid shifting market conditions.
