Tesla has officially launched its Cybertruck in Saudi Arabia, bringing the futuristic electric pickup to new roads across the region. The Model 3 and Model Y are also available. But there’s a twist. The Cybertruck launching is the Long Range Rear-Wheel Drive (RWD). This version is unavailable in existing Cybertruck markets.

The newly released model offers an estimated range of 563 kilometres (350 miles) on a full charge, with a 0 to 100 km/h acceleration time of 6.6 seconds. It features rear-wheel drive, a top speed of 180 km/h, and a towing capacity of 3,402 kilograms.

Inside, the Cybertruck seats up to five adults and includes an 18.5-inch central touchscreen. Cargo capacity is rated at 3,385 liters, and buyers can choose between 18-inch or 20-inch wheels.

Built with off-road capability in mind, the Cybertruck boasts 243 mm of ground clearance. It measures 5,682.9 mm in length, 2,200.7 mm in width with mirrors folded (2,413.3 mm extended), and stands at 1,779.8 mm tall.

Charging is handled via Tesla’s Supercharger network, with a maximum charging rate of 325kW—allowing drivers to add up to 237 km of range in just 15 minutes. Payment is on a pay-per-use basis.

Warranty coverage includes 4 years or 80,000 km for the vehicle, and 8 years or 240,000 km for the battery and drive unit.

The Cybertruck’s launch in Saudi Arabia marks another step in Tesla’s global expansion and reflects growing demand for high-performance electric vehicles in the Middle East. Tesla says deliveries will start in late 2025.

As for pricing? Nothing was revealed today, so it’ll be interesting to see what it will be priced at.
