Tesla Offers Free Supercharging for Cybertruck Foundation Series
Tesla is giving free Supercharging to customers in Canada and Mexico who purchase a new Cybertruck Foundation Series. The promotion applies to vehicles ordered on or after March 5, 2025, and covers all Supercharger costs for as long as the original buyer owns the truck.
Free Supercharging applies only to the Cybertruck Foundation Series. The offer is tied to the buyer’s Tesla Account and cannot be transferred to another vehicle, owner, or order—even if the truck is sold. It does not apply to used vehicles, business orders, or commercial use (such as taxis, rideshare, or delivery services).
While Supercharging is free, customers are still responsible for idle and congestion fees if they leave their vehicle plugged in too long at a busy station.
Tesla says it reserves the right to remove free Supercharging if the owner is found to be abusing the system, such as excessive charging beyond normal use or failure to pay outstanding fees. The offer is only valid at Tesla-owned Superchargers and does not include third-party charging networks.
The promotion is available for a limited inventory of vehicles and can change or end at any time. Customers interested in the deal can browse Tesla’s inventory to find qualifying models before they sell out.
