Tesla is offering complimentary Cybertruck wheel caps to some owners who waited a long time for their Cyber Wheel Covers to arrive.
According to Cybertruck owner @DirtyTesla, he shared a message from the company confirming the unexpected gift.
“Tesla is sending a complimentary set of Cybertruck wheel caps due to the long wait for wheel covers. Really nice, thank you!” he posted on X.
The email screenshot read, “Hi Chris, We are sending you a complimentary set of Cyber Wheel Caps for your Cybertruck as a thank you for your understanding while waiting for your Cyber Wheel Covers.”
Tesla has not officially announced how many Cybertruck owners will receive the free caps or whether this offer applies to all customers facing delays. However, the gesture suggests an effort to appease early adopters amid the delay in waiting (or have waited in this case) for Cyber Wheel Covers to arrive.
@DirtyTesla clarified, “I’ve had my covers for a while, I think this is like a “sorry it took so long”” he said.
