Tesla has announced that the Cybertruck now qualifies for the $7,500 U.S. federal tax credit, making the electric truck more appealing to buyers in the United States.
In addition, Tesla is expanding Cybertruck availability to Canada and Mexico, bringing the highly anticipated vehicle to more markets. For Canadian buyers, pricing has been set at $114,990 CAD for the AWD version and $142,990 CAD for the high-performance Cyberbeast model. Previously, only the high-end Foundation Series was made available in both countries.
Tesla has yet to introduce its lower-cost RWD Cybertruck, but it’s likely to come soon.
