Podcaster Joe Rogan has taken his Tesla Model S Plaid to the next level, thanks to Unplugged Performance, creating a one-of-a-kind ride that’s fast, powerful, and stylish, known as the S-APEX.
The custom Tesla Model S has a wider design, that includes a 19-piece carbon fiber body kit makes the car 80mm wider, giving it a bold and aggressive look.
With the upgraded wheels, it sits on lightweight forged wheels with Michelin sport tires for better grip and performance.
The car is painted in a unique pearl white that changes color in different light, with a protective satin finish to keep it looking sharp.
The inside isn’t your average Tesla either. The seats are wrapped in a new type of eco-friendly white leather, designed specifically for this car, from von Holzhausen (yes, the company owned by lead Tesla designer Franz’s wife). The seats are heated, cooled, and provide extra support for comfort during long drives or fast cornering.
While this Tesla is incredibly fast, it’s still practical for daily driving. The suspension has been customized to handle rough roads, and upgraded brakes ensure it can stop just as quickly as it accelerates.
Rogan worked closely with Unplugged Performance to design the car. He gave feedback throughout the process to make sure it matched his style and needs. The result? A Tesla that’s not just a car—it’s a personal statement of speed, style, and innovation.
