Tesla’s latest product isn’t a high-tech vehicle, but a playful, scaled-down version of its Cybertruck. Priced at $35 USD, the Cybertruck Wind-up Racer sold out almost immediately after launch.
The 1:43-scale diecast model is inspired by vintage wind-up cars. It features a durable, turn-key wind-up mechanism that propels the toy forward when released, combining nostalgia with Tesla’s futuristic design.
The toy is 5.2 inches long, 2.1 inches wide, and weighs 0.386 lbs. Its standout details include a high-gloss finish and a nod to the real Cybertruck’s history—a broken window effect, referencing the infamous mishap during the truck’s 2019 reveal.
Tesla fans looking to grab the limited-edition racer will have to wait for a restock, as it is now marked “out of stock” on the company’s website. Shipping is expected to begin in 2-4 weeks, though Tesla notes that deliveries may not arrive before the end of the year.
