Tesla’s Cybertruck is officially on its way to Canadian customers, with VINs (Vehicle Identification Numbers) now being assigned. This will mark the expansion of Cybertruck beyond the U.S. and Mexico, covering North America.
Customer Noah Webb confirmed the news on social media, hinting that deliveries are likely to begin before the end of October.
Webb expressed thanks toward Siddhant Awasthi, Cybertruck Program Manager, thanking him for efforts in making the Canadian rollout possible. Awasthi responded with excitement, saying, “Just the beginning for 📐 in 🇨🇦,” indicating that this is just the start of Tesla’s plans for the Cybertruck in Canada.
Tesla’s Lead Cybertruck Engineer, Wesley Morrill, also joined the conversation, sharing a post featuring a triangle emoji and Canadian flag, a nod to the Cybertruck’s distinctive shape and its imminent arrival in Canada.
So far, Tesla Cybertruck accessories have yet to make their way online, but once first deliveries take place, expect that to change. Did your early Cybertruck reservation get a VIN yet in Canada?
