Tesla Lowers Supercharging Subscription Pricing in Europe

In a move set to benefit non-Tesla electric vehicle (EV) owners, Tesla has announced a substantial decrease in the cost of its Supercharging subscription service.

The revised pricing now offers a 23% reduction, bringing the monthly fee down to €9.99. This price adjustment not only makes it more affordable for non-Tesla EV drivers to access the company’s extensive Supercharging network but also provides up to a 24% discount on kWh pricing for subscribers.

This updated subscription model is currently showcased in Germany but extends its benefits across Europe, including notable price drops in the UK, where the service is now available for just £8.99 per month, and in Poland, where the subscription fee has been reduced by 10pln.

Tesla owners looking to take advantage of these new rates can do so by updating their Tesla app, which now allows for an annual subscription option. This yearly plan comes with an additional perk of two months free, further enhancing the value proposition for Tesla drivers.

The revised pricing structure is part of Tesla’s ongoing efforts to make electric vehicle ownership more accessible and convenient. By lowering the cost of its Supercharging service, Tesla is not only incentivizing the use of its EVs but also promoting sustainable transportation options.
