Tesla has updated its referral program Cybertruck sweepstakes in the U.S., offering up a Foundation Series version of the truck for free to one lucky winner.
When a Tesla owner refers a friend or family member to buy a new car through their referral link, they were getting anywhere from 10,000 to 20,000 points, depending on vehicle referred. These points can be redeemed for Tesla merch or accessories—and also these sweepstakes contests.
The latest update? Tesla now says, “Enter for your chance at a free Cybertruck. One winner will be selected at random in early January to choose between a Foundation Series All-Wheel Drive or a Foundation Series Cyberbeast-no reservation needed, free of charge.”
Why would anyone choose the AWD Cybertruck over the Cyberbeast?!
“Multiple entries allowed Referral Program terms and conditions apply. Winner responsible for taxes and fees,” says Tesla (via @Taylor Robinette).
