Tesla Shares Full Self-Driving Demo in Austin [VIDEO]

Tesla has shared video of its Full Self-Driving capability, being driven around in Austin, Texas.

“FSD capability features use vision neural networks to perceive & understand the world, just like humans do,” said Tesla on Tuesday.

“Via our unique fleet learning approach, we are able to collect anonymized data from our vehicles—meaning the neural nets have learned from a few orders of magnitude more driving scenarios than the average human driver (including unusual & weird ones!),” said Tesla.

The video below shows a Tesla being driven with FSD in Austin and it looks like “Elon Mode” is enabled, meaning there are no steering wheel nags. Normally, FSD beta and Autopilot will periodically remind the driver to move the steering wheel to ensure they are still present and aware. That’s not being shown in this video.

The most recent FSD beta update, version 11.4.7 was released back in late August. We have yet to gain another update yet.
