Tesla added a new item to its online shop on September 1: the Plaid Track Pack Hat, priced at $40 USD.
The launch commemorates the Model S Plaid’s record-breaking lap time set on June 2, 2023, at the Nürburgring race track in Nürburg, Germany.
The fullback, baseball-style cap is more than just casual headgear; it serves as a testament to Tesla’s engineering prowess. Featured prominently on the front is a 3D-molded Tesla Plaid emblem, while the left side of the hat is embroidered with the exact lap time—7:25:231—that set the record.
Constructed from 97% polyester and 3% elastane, the hat offers durability as well as comfort. It also includes an adjustable silicone snapback closure to ensure a snug fit for wearers.
The hat joins Tesla’s line of merchandise that already includes apparel, vehicle accessories, and lifestyle products, adding another layer to the brand’s fan-driven culture. Click here to check it out.
