Tesla CEO Elon Musk just showed off the company’s latest production candidate of its highly-anticipated Cybertruck.
“Just drove the production candidate Cybertruck at Tesla Giga Texas!”, said Musk moments ago on Wednesday, while sharing an image of himself in the driver’s seat smiling. We see a super clean Cybertruck sporting large wheels with covers on and the infamous ‘Giga wiper’.
Later, Musk added, “I think this is our best product ever.”
The futuristic truck is being produced at Tesla’s Austin Gigafactory and is expected to start deliveries in Q3. Lately, fleets of Cybertrucks on transport carriers have been spotted daily departing Giga Texas and travelling elsewhere, such as to Tesla’s Fremont factory in California.
The Cybertruck was also spotted filming some sort of promo video on a glacier in Iceland. The truck also has been seen out in the wild sporting two different camouflage wraps and one Ford F-150 wrap.
