How to Watch Tesla’s Annual Shareholder Meeting [VIDEO]
If you’re a new Tesla investor and you’re ready for the company’s annual shareholder meeting today, here’s how to get yourself prepared to watch the event, set to be live-streamed this afternoon.
Tesla’s 2023 Annual Shareholder Meeting will have both limited in-person attendance and a publicly accessible live stream of the event.
The in-person event will take place at Tesla, Inc., located at 1 Tesla Road, Austin, TX 78725, at Gigafactory Texas, the company’s headquarters.
However, due to capacity restrictions, only a select number of shareholders will be able to attend in person. To ensure a fair process, picked eligible attendees through a random drawing. Shareholders selected in the drawing will need to confirm their identity using valid government-issued identification. It’s important to note that these selections are non-transferable.
For those unable to attend in person, the 2023 Annual Shareholder Meeting will be virtually accessible to all shareholders as of March 20, 2023. To participate, shareholders can log on to meetnow.global/TESLA2023. The virtual platform will feature the same public livestream, in addition to providing the ability to submit votes and written comments on meeting agenda items.
To access the virtual meeting, shareholders will need a unique 15-digit secure “control number”. Shareholders of record, with shares registered directly with our transfer agent, Computershare Trust Company, can find the control number on the Notice of Internet Availability or paper proxy card sent to them.
The live stream of Tesla’s annual shareholder meeting will take place at 1pm PDT/4pm EDT—you can watch it below:
