This version of FSD beta was launched to more Tesla employees, after CEO Elon Musk said last week that the FSD update would be launched within the week.
Musk also noted last month that the FSD beta v11.3 update would include “many major improvements.”
The update includes several notable feature upgrades, notably including the long-awaited merging of Tesla’s FSD and Autopilot highway-driving stacks and the ability to use voice commands to submit feedback.
Dubbed the “legacy highway stack,” Tesla says the update allows for “more complex agent interactions with less reliance on lanes, [making] way for adding more intelligent behaviors, smoother control and better decision making.”
Other features include Expanded Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB), improved Autopilot reaction time by 500ms, long-range highway lanes networking and more.

Looks like V11.3 will be ready for wide release in about 2 weeks. Many major improvements.

The news comes just days after Tesla issued a voluntary recall by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) related to concerns surrounding FSD beta.
