Tesla has shared a couple of new videos to its YouTube channel over the past two days, that owners will find interesting.
The first one is called “Schedule Your Departure,” which highlights how the Tesla app can pre-heat your vehicle and precondition your car’s battery for maximum efficiency and range. For those living in winter climates, being able to pre-heat your Tesla from the company’s mobile app is by far the biggest life hack. Never again do you need to enter a cold vehicle as the seats, steering wheels and HVAC can be turned on, defrosting the entire vehicle.
“Start your trip with a warm cabin and an optimal charge with Scheduled Departure,” says Tesla. It’s also beneficial to pre-heat your vehicle when it’s still plugged in and charging, so you use juice from your charger instead of vehicle batteries.

The latest Tesla video shared on Tuesday is called, “Find Your Perfect Match” and highlights the fun, humorous nature of the electric automaker. It basically showcases the names of robots from its Gigafactories and descriptive characteristics as part of “Robot Dating”.
