Tesla Resumes 2023 Model 3 Long Range Sales, Available as ‘In Production’
Back in August, Tesla halted Model 3 Long Range AWD orders, citing the waitlist was too long, according to CEO Elon Musk.
But as of Friday evening, it appears Tesla has resumed Model 3 Long Range sales again on its website, but on its existing and new inventory page, as spotted by @BLKMDL3.
You can see new inventory showing as “expected to be built and available for delivery in Nov-Dec.” This is a Long Range with 19-inch Sport Wheels and black Premium interior. Its pricing is listed as $60,990 USD.
When trying for the delivery location options in 90210 for example, the Tesla website says, “This car can only be registered in AK, ID, MT, OR, WA.”
Elon Musk said Tesla would resume Model 3 Long Range again when the company ramps up production. Delivery estimates for the Model 3 have dropped lately compared to the spring.
