A total of eight new Supercharger installations opened up globally this past week, as compared to 10 the week before.
Tesla last week updated its mobile app (version 4.8.0 on iOS) to now show the 10 closest Superchargers while using the app’s location feature. Previously, users would only see four nearby stations in this list.
According to Tesla’s Q1 earnings report, the electric vehicle maker now has 3,724 Supercharger stations, up 38% year-over-year, with a total of 33,657 connectors at these locations, up 37% year-over-year.
