Lucid Motors has shared a short video offering what it says is a rare look into its private Design Studio in Newark, California. The video features Senior Vice President of Design and Brand, Derek Jenkins, sharing the company’s vision with CEO Peter Rawlinson.
The Design Studio is a building inside a building, with an open concept allowing designers and other teams to collaborate, directly with designers. This includes teams from aerodynamics, clay modeling, feasibility, software engineering, CAD design, brand, and more, all working together in one space.
“Join Derek Jenkins and Peter Rawlinson as they offer a rare glimpse into Lucid’s private Design Studio and dive into the collaborative culture and product creation process of our engineering and design teams,” reads the video description.
