With today’s 2022.4.5 software update, Tesla has launched its Car Colorizer feature outside of China for the first time.
According to 2022.4.5 release notes shared by Brangwyn (@Brangwyn) in Canada, we see release notes add Regenerative Braking in Autopilot, Car Colorizer and Save Dashcam Clips.

The Car Colorizer feature was exclusive to China as part of the latter’s Lunar New Year software update, but now we’re seeing it in Canada, the U.S., Israel and beyond.
According to developer @greentheonly, Tesla changed code conditions from “Car in China to “Car Not in China” to officially expand the release of the car colourizer feature.
The feature allows users to customize the color of their Tesla on their vehicle displays, with solid, metallic and matte finishes available. Changes made to car colors also update to the Tesla mobile app.
aha, strike that they changed the condition form "car in China" to "Car NOT in China"

Also new in this update is the return of the Sentry icon and profile switcher in the upper status bar. Both of these features were removed from the status bar when software V11 was first released in December.
For Save Dashcam Clips, Tesla says you can “quickly save Dashcam clips by adding the Dashcam icon to your bottom car. Simply long press any app icon to enter edit mode, then drag Dashcam to the bottom bar for quick access. Tap the Dashcam icon to manually save a clip while driving.”
Here’s a video of this Save Dashcam Clips feature in action (you can also set your horn to save Dashcam clips too in settings):
