We continue to see construction updates from Tesla’s Giga Berlin factory in Germany, courtesy of drone pilot Tobias Lindh.
Drone footage recorded on February 4, but shared on Saturday, reveals cell building walls continuing to go up, while we also get our best look at the newest graffiti art adorning the exterior walls at Giga Berlin. We saw this art shared earlier this week, but Lindh’s video provides the closest look yet.

We also see a lot outside Giga Berlin full of parked Tesla Model Y vehicles, and in our count roughly 193 of them with the majority in the color black:

Tesla said at its recent Q4 earnings call Model Y vehicles being produced at Giga Berlin will have 2170 battery cells, but the vehicles made at Giga Texas will have the newest 4680 structural battery packs.
The automaker said equipment testing through the vehicle production process began in late 2021. “We are still in the process of finalizing the manufacturing permit from local authorities,” said Tesla. This is required before they can start delivering German-made Tesla vehicles in Europe.
