Tesla Shows Off Giga Berlin ‘Graffiti Art’, References Sci-Fi Novel ‘Dune’ and More [VIDEO]
Yesterday we shared with you one of the first images of Tesla’s graffiti art on the exterior of the company’s Gigafactory in Berlin, Germany, and on early Friday morning, the electric automaker previewed some higher-quality images of its own.
Tesla shared two images of Giga Berlin’s exterior art, with one showcasing the image we shared yesterday, plus a better look at another art piece that was previously seen being started from a recent drone flyover.
The image below teases one of the latest graffiti art images, mentioning the word “Giga” and “the spice must flow”, referencing Frank Herbert’s classic science fiction novel, Dune. In the novel and recent re-make of the film, spice is essential to life and must remain available at all times.
The second image shared is a better look at the first image seen yesterday, showing a masked person in all-black, looking like they’re from the future. Giga Berlin is going to look pretty awesome once complete, it appears.
Back in May of last year, Tesla reached out to the public seeking images to cover Giga Berlin “in awesome graffiti art”.
In a drone flyover shared today by GF4Tesla on YouTube, we also get a glimpse of more Giga Berlin graffiti art we haven’t seen before, at the snow-covered site. The image above looks to be a pixelated art piece, in what looks like a cat or something out of Minecraft?

We also see there’s more scaffolding setup at the next exterior block of the building, suggesting more art is coming. Stay tuned folks.
