Tesla has restocked its Model Y Paint Protection Film, which costs $50 USD.
“Protect your Model Y from snow, salt, sand and small debris with the Model Y Paint Protection Film. Protect your paint from stone chips and driving conditions that can accelerate wear and tear,” explains Tesla. This film is applied just in front of the rear fenders.
The kit includes:
- 2x clear protective film for rear fenders
- 1x squeegee
Tesla Model Y cars being delivered in colder climates such as the Pacific Northwest of Canada and the USA get this PPF included for free, along with front mud flaps, as part of an included All Weather Protection Kit.
