First Look: Tesla Model S Refresh Light Show from 2021 Holiday Update [VIDEO]

Along with Tesla’s 2021 holiday software update, the company’s Light Show Easter egg feature has made its way to the Model S refresh, joining the Model 3 and Model Y.
Previously, the Light Show was exclusive to the Model X, with the song ‘Wizards in Winter’ by the Trans-Siberian Orchestra being played, while doors, lights and more would turn on and move and make for one heck of a party trick.
According to a video shared by u/sunzfan, we see a Model S refresh playing the Light Show, which finishes with the power trunk opening. It’ll be interesting to see if the Light Show for the Model Y will do the same, since it also has a power trunk.
In the video above, we can hear what appears to be the Model S refresh owner’s son blown away by the Light Show.
Update: Here’s another video of the Model S refresh Light Show shared by Zack @BLKMDL3:

The Model S refresh gained a couple of exclusive features from the 2021 holiday update, including a new Megabox feature, allowing owners to talk to those outside their vehicle from inside the car, leveraging the external Pedestrian Warning Speaker.
