Tesla Adding Cyberpunk 2077 and Witcher Games ‘Hopefully’ Next Quarter: Musk
Tesla’s Model S and Model X refresh are advertised to include wireless gaming, as the system’s AMD Ryzen chips can offer “up to 10 teraflops of processing power,” which the company says “enables in-car gaming on-par with today’s newest consoles,” and support for wireless controllers.
That’s Sony PS5-level performance, Tesla has previously said, as seen below during its original presentation unveiling its Model S and Model X refresh.
At the event Tesla also highlighted games Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher Wild Hunt, but so far these games have not been made available, with no release date in sight, until now.
CEO Elon Musk shared an update on Thursday, when asked about the release date for Cyberpunk to Tesla Arcade.
“It’s complicated, but hopefully out next quarter, along with Witcher. Lot of internal debate as to whether we should be putting effort towards generalized gaming emulation vs making individual games work well,” said Musk.

With Tesla Model 3 and Model Y vehicles from Giga Shanghai to include AMD Ryzen chips as well, it’s unclear if these vehicles will also support Cyberpunk and The Witcher.
Now, we do know there is such a thing as “Elon time”, so we’ll wait and see what happens here.
Last week, Tesla announced the original Sonic the Hedgehog from Sega will be coming soon to all vehicles, which many expect hope to be part of an expected holiday software update.
