Tesla Vehicle Dynamics Team Explains Model S Plaid Record at Nurburgring [VIDEO]
Tesla has shared a new video detailing its Model S Plaid record lap at the iconic Nurburgring race course in Germany, achieved last month.
The video was shared by Tesla on its LinkedIn page (spotted by @TeslaClubIN), in an effort to recruit new employees. In the video, the Tesla Vehicle Dynamics Team shares some insight on setting up the stock Model S Plaid for its record lap at the Nurburgring.
“Congratulations to all of the teams who made this possible! Come set records with us,” said Tesla, following up with a link to their careers page.
The Model S Plaid set the record while completely stock. A recent video showed the Model S Plaid back at the course with an insane-looking active aero wing.
You can see the video from Tesla below…it’s not on their YouTube channel yet, so we have an embeddable version below. We’ll replace it should Tesla upload the video themselves. But for now, for the sake of easy viewing:
Tesla’s video makes it exciting for someone to want to work for the company, as they show they are agile and can work quickly and make things happen.
