
Tesla has released software update 2021.32.20 to owners, as noted by @Teslascope. This update appears to be for Model S refresh vehicles, include Plaid.
The update comes after 2021.32.10 was released last week, which introduced Sirius XM to the refresh Model S for the first time.
Update Sept. 20, 2021: According to @allanharding, 2021.32.20 is rolling out in Canada and the release notes are the same as before, indicating Immersive Sound is now available.
