Tesla has brought back an add-on for its older Model S sedan, as the Model S Brake Calipers Set has returned to the online store for $2,300 USD.
The company says the set “provides an unmistakably sporty, eye-catching look, and gives that extra special touch for drivers who want their vehicle to stand out from the crowd.”
Here’s what’s included:
- 2 x front red calipers w/pads
- 2 x rear red calipers w/pads
Tesla says the price includes shipping and installation, with the set to be delivered to a Service Center of your choice. This product is non-refundable once installed.
This upgrade, according to Tesla, “is only available for vehicles built prior to November 22, 2016.” The company says to contact them if you’re not sure if they can be applied to your vehicle.
Also back in stock today for Model S owners is the Model S Key Band for $18.
Back in June, Tesla axed red brake calipers for its newest refresh Model S and Model X vehicles.
