YouTube channel ‘Gabeincal’ has again shown some impressive drone footage over Tesla’s Fremont factory in California.
This time around, according to Gabeincal, the highly-anticipated ‘yoke’ steering wheel was spotted inside a Model S refresh, aboard a car transport, suggesting deliveries may be imminent.
You can see from the screenshot below the ‘yoke’ steering wheel is clearly visible. The drone follows the transport truck as it drives away, suggesting we may see the first Model S refresh with ‘yoke’ steering wheel soon.
Last week, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) said it was still reviewing the new steering wheel, and was “actively engaged” with Tesla on the matter.

As you can see from the video above from Gabeincal, we also see more Model S refresh vehicles within Fremont as well. The drone gets uncomfortably close to these new vehicles and workers.
Previous drone flyover videos from Gabeincal at Fremont have shown Tesla’s Giga Press in action, while also showing some cars mysteriously wrapped, which looking back, were most likely Model S refresh vehicles possibly.
