Elon Musk Offers Up $100 Million Prize for Best Carbon Capture Technology

Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk announced on Thursday afternoon he is offering up $100 million dollars, towards the prize “for best carbon capture technology.”

Musk added he would add “details next week” and as per the donation amount, it would be his largest philanthropic effort we’ve seen.
