Tesla appears to have expanded its in-app messaging to owners in Canada and Australia.
The messaging feature allows Tesla owners to chat with the company’s service team at a specific Service Center. Unread messages are indicated with a red dot under the Service category in the Tesla app.

According to @TeslaGong, this in-app messaging feature also is now available in Australia, too. You can see in the pictures below how the feature works when chatting with a Service Center:

The messaging feature makes it convenient for Tesla owners to converse with service teams in the app, instead of dealing with emails and phone calls. It’s just another example of how Tesla makes it seamless and easy for its owners to get things done, compared to legacy automakers.
