Tesla Now Lets You Compare Models on its Website

Tesla has added a new compare feature to its website (via Tesmanian), allowing users to view multiple different models at once, along with their prices, ranges, seating, cargo capacities, and drive motors. By clicking on the plus sign at the bottom of the page, users can also view acceleration and top speed levels of each unit.

The new page is only available for US residents at the moment. However, those living outside the US can access the page by selecting the US as their country. This will allow the page to function, displaying US prices with the California incentive built into the price.

As time goes on, Tesla will likely continue to update the page with necessary regional information. The compare feature on Tesla’s website is like comparing different iPhones on Apple’s website.

In any case, there are a lot of numbers to sift through when looking at getting an EV, especially if you aren’t used to shopping for range. Still, Tesla’s new tool is a helpful way for customers to layout basic information about its cars, and it will likely amount to more purchases for the company in the long run.
