Elon Musk Tweets Heartfelt ‘Thanks’ to Those Who Made Tesla Successful
Part of Tesla CEO Elon Musk’s charm is his activity on Twitter, interacting with fans and foes in friendly, informative, and, sometimes, funny ways. And while Musk’s newest tweet is more sappy than we’re used to, the message certainly isn’t lost on his fans.
In a new tweet on Monday, Musk has offered a heartfelt thank you to “everyone who worked so hard to make Tesla successful,” going on to say his “heart goes out” to those who did. The tweet comes the same day as Tesla has entered the S&P 500 index, a move that was rumored for months throughout 2020 which has finally come to fruition.
Thanks to everyone who worked so hard to make Tesla successful. My heart goes out to you.

Tesla’s entry into the S&P also comes after several months of the company’s stock rallying, seeing several records broken for both market capitalization and vehicles delivered. As the fiscal fourth quarter wraps up, many are also curious if Tesla will be able to reach its goal of delivering 500,000 vehicles by the end of 2020. While it seems unlikely, the company has offered some incentives to try to boost its Q4 sales, and it’s sure to be close either way.
Whatever the case may be, many people have, in fact, been involved in Tesla’s rise to success. And even this small, holiday shout-out from Musk is a mark of the worthwhile journey, and the future to come for those who have contributed to the company’s growth.
