SpaceX has shared official photos of its incredible Starship Serial Number 8 (SN8) flight test from Wednesday, which despite an impressive launch, nearly landed when it wasn’t expected to.
On Thursday afternoon, SpaceX shared a link to the company’s updated Flickr page, showing official photos of yesterday’s launch.
There are five photos of the Starship SN8 Mission, which saw the Starship launch up 12.5 km into the atmosphere, perform a belly maneuver, then adjust back vertically in its failed landing attempt.
Using Flickr to host its photos is probably the oldest technology being leveraged by cutting-edge SpaceX, oddly enough.
