Tesla looks to be expanding its Supercharger network in Canada, as a new charger has started construction in Canmore, Alberta.
According to Supercharge, this new Tesla Supercharger will be located at 1704 Bow Valley Trail at the Boston Pizza with six stalls planned (via @MontrealTesla).
An image of construction was recently shared on the TMC forums:
User ‘Quote Me’ said these appear to be V3 Superchargers and the poster who shared the image said “it should be done next week”.
Currently, there are nine Tesla Superchargers in the province of Alberta and there’s an existing location in Canmore at 1719 Bow Valley Trail, just 400 meters down the road, consisting of four chargers capable of up to 150 kW. Canmore is a tourist hotspot so it’s not uncommon for the area to gain more Superchargers.
