Tesla is set to hold a test drive event in Victoria, British Columbia, allowing Canadians on Vancouver Island to drive the new Model Y, along with Model 3 and Model X.
According to the Tesla Owners Club Vancouver Island Facebook group, admin James Locke told members this evening the event would be taking place August 14-16 at Bear Mountain Resort (1999 Country Club Way), west of Victoria.

Join us in Victoria for a touchless test drive this summer.
During your self-guided appointment, you’ll have the opportunity to experience our award-winning Model X, Model 3 or Model Y from behind the wheel. Learn how to plug in at home or stay charged on the road with one of the most expansive charging networks in the world.
Your Tesla Advisor will provide instructions remotely upon arrival, including additional driving tips. They will also be available to answer any questions and ensure vehicle cleanliness.
While no mention of Model S is noted in the event description, it is available in the online booking drop-down menu. There is no guarantee the Model S will be coming to Victoria, but may be worth booking if you’re eager to test drive one.
Attendees can book their test drives online and are being asked to wear a mask. All Teslas will be sanitized between appointments, which will take place from 10am to 6pm.
