Well-known YouTube technology reviewer, Marques Brownlee (a.k.a. MKBHD), has shared his early of a Tesla Model Y Performance.
In his hands-on review of the Model Y–provided by Tesla–Brownlee cited the similarities of the Model Y to the Model 3, but said the seats on risers make you feel “further from the road” and “less sporty”, but he did say it still felt nimble and also “really nice” while driving.
Brownlee says he’s not a car reviewer, but as a well-respected reviewer, he shares his honest thoughts on the Model Y. He noted the questionable car quality of the Model Y, noting alignment issues of some parts of the new car, similar to what other early owners have experienced.
Quality control aside, Brownlee emphasizes how the technology within a Tesla remains unrivalled, saying “I’m a big fan of this car.”
